Contact Reflex Analysis (CRA) is a diagnostic and treatment method used at Elevate Health and Healing that helps us assess your body's internal systems and determine areas of imbalance. By using touch points on the skin, CRA identifies specific areas where your body needs attention, leading to more effective and personalized care.
CRA uses the principles of reflexology and muscle testing to assess the body’s response to certain touch points on the skin. These body points correspond to different organs and systems, and by evaluating these responses, we can identify areas of dysfunction, suboptimal function, and stress. CRA is a non-invasive and effective way to guide and stay on top of your treatment plan.
Founded by Dick Versendaal, DC, this tool can test for nutritional needs, and is focused on evaluating energy balance, especially optimal heart function.
